Customer Service and Teamwork Seminar
| Thank you for your interest in our courses.
Pre-registration is mandatory for all classes. ALL applicants must register at least 2 weeks prior to the ServSafe® Food Safety 8 hour class (PA), and at least 1 week prior to the ServSafe® Food Safety 15 hour class (OH). There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. You may send someone in your place at no additional charge, as long as AYS, Training is notified by e-mail at least 3 days in advance. In the event that AYS, Training must cancel a class, all attendees will be promptly notified and given the opportunity to attend the same class at a future date and location at their convenience. Please be at least 15 minutes early for class. Class will start promptly as scheduled. The text book will be mailed out prior to the first day of class for the ServSafe® Food Safety8 hour class (PA). Registration should be received in enough time to allow for at least 8 hours of home study. The book will be handed out on the first day of the ServSafe® Food Safety 15 hour class (OH). |
